Personal coaching takes place by phone or on Skype. We meet 2-4 times per month, at 1-hour per session, and in-between coaching is available on an as needed basis. Together we will create strategies to achieve the success and personal happiness that you desire, while holding you accountable to your progress. I keep you on track with your projects and milestones, and I will be your sounding board to give thoughtful feedback where needed.
Relationship Coaching is also available for those who would like to improve their relationship and take it to the next level. The session structure would be the same as Personal Coaching.

Groups are limited to 6 people so as to provide an intimate setting for each individual’s needs. These are typically short in duration (6 weekly sessions) and target a specific area. By joining a group, you are receiving coaching and the same tools as you would with personal coaching, but at a lower cost. In a group setting you also gain insight by listening to others and their commonalities, and apply what you learn into your own situations.
As a highly trained speaker I am available for your next event to ‘wow’ your audience with meaningful content that will bring true change.
